Meet Janessa Unrau, manager of recruitment at Access Credit Union.

Q: What qualities do you look for in a candidate when hiring?
A: We look for someone who has strong customer service skills and who builds relationships easily. We want to hire individuals who have an excitement for working at Access Credit Union or our subsidiaries, the position they are applying for and are passionate about volunteering in their community. We also look for someone who is committed to growth and learning.
