Meet Janessa Unrau, manager of recruitment at Access Credit Union.
We sat down with Janessa to talk about what Access looks for when hiring new employees.
Q: What qualities do you look for in a candidate when hiring?
A: We look for someone who has strong customer service skills and who builds relationships easily. We want to hire individuals who have an excitement for working at Access Credit Union or our subsidiaries, the position they are applying for and are passionate about volunteering in their community. We also look for someone who is committed to growth and learning.
Q: What advice would you have for someone applying for a position at Access Credit Union?
